this was the most shameful place we have stayed in our life. the building, starting at the reception is very messy, dirty, and with bad odours, it has carpet that has never been washed before. the breakfast is a joke, dirty glasses, dirty tables by the pool (btw the pool is not for swimming, it’s also very dirty and neglected). recycled food, i saw staff put back food that guests didn’t eat back into the buffet, eggs boiled and reboiled. the room smelled horrible, very thin bedsheets and pillow cases - do not trust to lay there, i left with so many bug bites. they didn’t even care to clean the toilet, soap bottle was nasty, water tap, shower, toilet and floor dirty. they dared to charge 400 liras to do laundry, which wasn’t even dry not well washed, didn’t smell fresh and items had stains. they will also refuse charging your card, they demand cash only or a transfer. after doing a transfer, they refused to let us go and demanded we pay by cash because they wouldn’t receive it the same day and can trust it will arrive later. so why ask for a transfer from foreign guests? it’s a shame, it’s well located and they have plenty of guests even during off season, so it is unacceptable to not invest in the place, the owner just doesn’t care, he can still make money out of it, so greedy, doesn’t bother to give guests a good experience. don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, they are not real. it’s also not much cheaper than other places nearby so for sure not worth it. spend your money elsewhere with more decency.
